i have been preparing a future town for a week and when i logged today someone (kecks07 and his brother poopo48) had put a town right in the middle of my unofficial town and poopo had sent his app in.

do u guys think this is extremely rude or crual from them to do this?

plz respond and if enough poeple think this is crual i will have proof of them being rude

yes i do find this very disrespectful.Ive known you have been working on it for awhile so they should atleast build a town next to it instead of taking everything youve cleared out so far.

Unfortunately I believe application post trumps sign set up. I had a corner post for a town in the middle of one of my current towns. There was no application so I took it and posted my application.

Is it rude? Very much so, but this game can be very harsh. Ultimately Andrewkm will decide.

Had a dude recently put a town near one of my friends just to spite me, all he did was spite my friend that put his town slightly off of where he planned it. On the bright side these guys haven't made a thread on their town forum to bash you unlike the one I mentioned. Could be worse... could be raining.

I say you get revenge and go bust his spawners. :D
(Might be considered griefing though since its soon to be a town)

Residents "Planned Towns" make no difference when a President/Mayor claims over them, that is now their land and its a "You snooze you lose" policy that has been in effect for some time. If we had it any other way, it'd mean that people could "claim land" for their town and have it protected from grief and they may never even post in the app.

His app got in before yours, it got processed before yours, therefore he is not at fault. He most likely had no idea you even building a town there. Unfortunately, whats done is done Andrew most-likely won't be doing anything to help you.

As much as I wish people would have enough courtesy considering that not everyone has the full amount to pay for a town and find a new area in the hundreds of thousands of blocks of space we have on the server, but some people can't act like a considerate person and the rules do not force people to be polite or considerate when it comes to the placement of a town. It is purely a "first come, first serve" policy.
