    ive been looking for some snow both in the mining world and in the shopping districts but haven't been able to find any.

    Do I just need to keep looking or is the biome non existent?

    Yes, they exist in both rising and mining. Just gotta keep searching - /wild around until you find one :)

    All biomes exist, you just got to find them. Our map is pretty massive :p
