    So anyway; the other day, I got my 20k all ready to become survivor, post my application, wander into the nether, only to find this:

    * No ghasts
    * No blazes
    * No players
    AND
    * Very little Pig Zombies

    Was I very misperceptive or is there some reason for this?

    There is a great reason for this.

    1. Ghasts are rare.
    2. We killed all the blazes, took their rods, and then nuked their spawners. Good luck finding one.
    3. Not many people have nether access.
    4. Isn't it obvious? They're scared of us!

    I spend quite alot of time in the nether and I always come across something interesting.

    It was quite interesting until SOMEONE pretty much raided/nuked all the spawners...making nether completely useless...

    Spawners arn't tooooo rare... I know locations of 5 of them, it's just they are REALLY far out, and well hidden.
