Yes, that is *** her *** [edit mine] correct name. If a user is not in game, you are not able to send a pm - try to send a mail instead - instructions should be on the Wiki. You can also do /seen Cardinal3 to see if he is in game.
You would be buying perms to a farm (a great one imho) not the actual land. This gives you permission to farm crops that are planted provided you follow the rules, especially about replanting.
You would not actually own a plot to build your own farm, to do that you need to find a plot in a town that allows farms.

How many people have perms to it right now? i want the same type of farm to regrow within harvesting and replanting time. No bothering from other people. If i can endlessly farm one thing at the same time constantly i will buy perms.
