Go down 3 floors in the town portals room. On the green wool it's Pacifica and then turn right in Pacifica and go right to the end and turn left and it's straight down there
I was bored so I made... Robo's Guide to getting to RUSHFarms! Start by going through the town portal at spawn. Then click town warps 4 on the endstone This gate will be in the front row of towns4. Step through it. You should spawn here. Go out and take a right. Walk down that path till you end up here. Take a left now. Continue walking down that path till you reach here. Congrats! You have made it to RUSHFarms!
In the sugar cane farm it would be smoother if you replaced the wooden slabs with lily pads, so it would be flat all the way through. Just a suggestion.
