    Shouts are suppose to be heard by everyone on the server, or we wouldn't change money for them and let them be spammed. Unless the point of a shout was changed, I don't think we would be adding the ability to ignore them.

    My point is mods tell people to ignore the other person after they do not get along, but what good does it do if that person is rich and can just annoy/troll them by shouting, 1k to some people is nothing sadly

    If someone was purposefully using the shout system to annoy and troll someone then that would be abuse of the shout system and they would shortly find themselves banned. We don't allow people to harass others regardless of the medium.
