Where is this bank? As I mentioned ingame Chompin I need exactly 14k, and for why, so if I could simply loan it from a bank it would leave this fund of yours to serve its original purpose.

My town will have 10x10 to 20x20 plots at reasonable prices. I think my town will be organized with streets, lights, a pvp arena, rollercoaster, and more.
