First of all, I don't think diamond tools should be made sellable.

If you make enchanted tools sellable, then disable /sell all and /sell hand. Also disable /ci. you can leave /clearinventory, that one is hard enough to type.

Suggestion:
There should be no way to accidently sell your very expensive enchanted tools. make us type out "/sell dpick" or whatever instead. Disable /sell all and /sell hand and /ci
Reason:
Some tools are up near 500,000 ecodollars, and it could cause people to quit if they accidentally sell their expensive tools. There are ways to avoid doing this, but why make it easy to do?

I would say, that if anything is disabled, just disable /sell all and /sell inventory (/sell i?). /sell hand shouldn't be as much of a worry, I would think... And is quite useful for the oddball items with weird item names.
As for /ci, I do somewhat agree on disabling it, but not for the purpose of protecting expensive tools. Just as a general thing, people tend to accidentally type it. Keep /clearinventory, of course.
To "make up" for /sell all and /sell inventory, I would suggest a command like /sell gravel,dirt,cobble, so that users could make powertools and/or type out one single command to sell multiple things at once.-

Get rid of that stupid clear inventory command my friend convinced me to do it I lost about 150k worth of stuff... I do like /sell hand though so I hope we get to keep that cause if you have your tool in your hand why would you type /sell hand...
