Brief Description: Whenever you place ice, it tells you coords and who built and broke the area that the ice where the ice was place, duplicating the smod ability.

Instructions:1. Get a piece of ice.
2. Place it.
3. Presto. You'll see the coords of the area and who built and broke things in that spot.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: 10 out of 10 times. It's a certain chance of this bug.

Result: You see the coords of the area it was place, and anyone who has built and broken blocks on that block.

Expected Result: THe ice is supposed to just sit on the ground, like any other solid block, such as stone and dirt.
