i will restart mistral city.

i am thinking of so many things i could improve and the city is dead so i am going to restart mistral city and i will put a lot more work in it and i wont be selling as much islands mostly plots.
and there will be no more water below mistral city so falling off will result in death.

to all people who live there and wishes to keep his stuff you have untill the map shift to tell me if you want your stuff to a safe place in nox or not. no response gives me the right to remove your protections and confiscate your stuff and i will remove you from the protection.
