I seem to recall many highways when I visited there. I could be wrong, that may just be the areas around it.

Casinos, Party Bus Tours ( you could use rail cars as public transit), hotels, "old town" - with more classic building styles, Basketball Court (could be a spleef tourney loacation), Design Rivers ponds bays to recreate aquatic attractions, The State Capital building has been there (looks really cool, kind of similar to the White House), lots of bridges connecting the main town over the various waterways.
