I see people being denied all the time for improper applications because they didn't read the wiki. So I make sure to read and even read twice so that there are no problems, so i'm a bit confused over the whole spawn shop thing.

The wiki says that at 12:01ET shops are officially expired and eligible to be applied for. So why are people letting their shops expire and still getting to renew them when they posted HOURS after someone else did?

Also even for shops that haven't expired... are time stamps on posts not taken into consideration? I requested shop 32 as my second choice, almost 24 hours prior to someone else and he got the shop and my app was denied. The crazy part is the person who got the shop I wanted, had requested my current shop as their 1st choice. Just doesn't make any sense to me.
