I lost my Minecraft account with the username NashxTastic. I had a lot of progress on it but I lost the alt key. I had mayor and stuff. Is it possible to transfer my stuff into another account please. I worked so hard to get to mayor.

For this you will need to buy the Account Transfer.
However it doesn't seem like you had any on your account.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. I highly recommend you contact Mojang and ask them for assistance in getting your account back. Their support is quite good at assisting with this.
As always your accounts security is ultimately your responsibility.
