You should really post a complaint about this, get enough Information/Evidence and post one.

Infamous user - You mean someone banned by andrewkm for a month and stripped of everything he owned pretty much?
(I will say that when he came back after the ban I did offer a free apartment in my town which he did not need since he already had lots of money in signs that did not get swept)
