Why are you filing a complaint? I don't see anything wrong, you payed for a tp and then the guy decided he didn't want to do the ice. You didn't pay him or anything. Also $200 isn't that much, farm 2 stacks of pumpkins and you got your 200 dollars. Sell 2 diamond 100 each.

Hey monkeybutt if he feels the need to file complaint dont stop him its his decision so if he feels he got scammed hes allowed to file complaint if he wants to.

You received the services for the tp, so there's nothing I can do about that. You didn't receive the service for the water, which from what I can see here you did not pay for. Bit silly on his part, but there's nothing I can do about it.

If you haven't gotten the water placed yet, message me in game and I'd be happy to come do it for free.
