Most of you don't know me, as I'm a builder (and builders usually go unnoticed, ha ha). I looked at the ban appeal forum and their posts, and I would like to use your outline as a ban appeal form for my server (which I shall not give out the name of, as I have been banned once already for accidentally doing so).
