Thanks for the reply! I think you will be my man to build it for me! I would not want something to complicated, but it would need to have a bit of detail and shape to it, not just a square building. The timescale really depends on you, however long you want. As for materials, I would ask you to provide them for me.

I was thinking around a 25by25 modern two story place with a pool. Materials wise is whatever you think will make it look best.

I'd like to request a quartz based hotel to be built, if you're up for it.

Requirements:

• The building space would be 50x40
• I'd need 13 floors total, first floor (Ground floor) being a somewhat fancy lobby, one floor (Underground) being a dimly lit diner, the other 11 floors going up from ground level with 8 hotel rooms on each floor, 4 on each side facing each other.
• The last 3 floors should be more like suites, better than the other floors
• I need 1 pool
• You provide materials

If possible, i'd appreciate a price estimate for all of this. Thanks for your time.
