Hi, I am sending this complaint because although I do have the designation of resident on the forums for ecocitycraft, I neither have the designation in game nor do I have access to any of the special features that residents are supposed to have access to. So, in a sense, what I am asking is that I have my application for resident redone properly.

Although this isnt exactly what this section is for, I will still handle this and move it to the appropriate section without you making another thread. This is just an issue involving commands if im not mistaken, and I will me tagging Unknownrider as he is the one who processed your application.

I would PM Andrewkm about this issue Zanide. GameAdmins only have a single hard coded command that when we promote, it draws out the $15,000. Andrewkm is the only one who can manually change your rank to Resident without taking out money. Odds are there was a glitch in the code and it didn't promote you to Resident.
So just send him a PM on the forums explaining the situation and I'm sure he can sort it out.
