I am wondering why I don't have pyro plus anymore if it's something illegal I did which I don't think I did I would like a private conversation. With the person that took it away from me. I know it's not a draw back of a payment cause I payed someone 210k to buy me pyro and pyro plus before August. However i still have pyro. So when any staff have time I would appreciated the help thank you.
If someone hacked his account to get his feature removed. There would've been a complaint, he would've then been banned, then we would have to appeal. So I don't think his account was hacked.
When you do /mydonations in game, does Pyro+ not show up any more? If that is the case and you used to have Pyro+ feature, I would start a forum conversation with EcoCityCraft to inquire about the situation.
