    It is a farm by the name of Huntsville. It's owner was Eastwood980 but I took over.

    Can I ask, If I payed good money for perms
    Are you really, "Allowed" to do this? Because well
    Lets say my Town has 75+ people in it, All payed over
    25,000 Dollars to get in, and then the next day I proposed
    a Mass town eviction? Anyway, I do hope, in the future
    I could get perms to that farm again :D (If you are keeping
    it as a farm) @HuntFishLive

    Yes I am completely allowed to do it, and I don't feel great for doing it, but it isn't remaining a farm. Feel free to destroy the structure of the farm if u want as I'm not keeping it :) Just don't break below level 64, and don't break Saratosa property :)

    This is not a valid eviction notice to the members of this town. As per Section 5 Clause 3 of the server rules, you will need to give everyone at least seven days of notice to remove their items from the region, as this is a mass eviction from a region.

    And seeing you are not apart of the region currently, I'm gonna have to say no I'm not gonna allow you personally to destroy it. If after 5 more days there is still much of the structure left, I'd be more than happy to let you, but the residents get the main chance :)
