The cornucopia is in Singleplayer. I am building the arena Outside of ECC or any server. I will soon link to a download of the map once I get the starting platforms in.

 

Actually If you use bukkit essentials I believe you can Mod people then let them do /vanish

Will mobs spawning be enabled(On other hunger games apparently they dont)

Will you be like hiding cheats in the wild?

 

The 4 chest will be hidden in each Cardinal direction but hidden quite well. There will be no mining and all ores will be removed and smooth stone replaced with dirt. And about 3 blocks blow the lowest point will be a bedrock floor.

 

so i have been watching a hunger games made by some famous youtubers and you could not break any blocks except for leaves and mushrooms is that going to be the same?

 

There is a server dedicated to hunger games, I have played on it and there is alot of work involved, if Andrew set up an event, it'd be awesome :D
