Just a quick word before I start, For the next couple of weeks I will be doing basic tutorials called for nubs. I aim to get a tutorial up once a week. Please put requests in the comments and I hope this mini tutorial helps!
For this tutorial I will be showing you how to make town posts if you don't know, Every week I get residents asking how to set up town posts and hopefully this helps :)

Congrats! You have just managed to save up 85k and are now applying for Mayor (Or President, either way congratulations!) and you have just arrived at the question "What are the coordinates of your town posts?". But here is the problem: You don't know what town posts are!
But do not fear! You have discovered this tutorial!
Basically town posts are signs you put up to mark the four corners of your town, showing the admins where your town will be placed. Your town will be between 100x100 - 200x200.
I highly suggest placing the signs for your four town posts on top of a block or two that can stand out, for example coal ore. Doing this simply makes the admins job much simpler. Your four town posts will be titled Post A, Post B, Post C and Post D, below is an example of my President towns Post A.

As you can see from above the first line of your sign will have your posts letter and town name.
Your second line needs to contain the X coordinates of your sign.
Your third line needs to contain the Y coordinates of your sign.
Your fourth line needs to contain the Z coordinates of your sign.

Also, if you want to know your coordinates simply hit F3 or type in the command /whereami

    FAQ

-Does it matter what direction particular posts are facing? For example does my Post A have to be the most northern post?
Not at all! Your will be fine as long as your posts go around in the correct order.

-Do I need to keep my town posts up after my town application has been accepted?
You don't have to however I highly suggest keeping them up to mark the boundaries of your town. In my mayor town I simply replaced the town posts with Welcome to Meow City!

Well I hope this helps! If you have any other questions , requests or anything you feel that needs to be added into the tutorial feel free to leave a comment below! Thanks for reading! :)

Thank you, will help me when I get mayor. Also, what do you mean "You will be fine as long as your town posts go around in the right order", what is the right order (I am amusing you mean going from A to B to C to D, but does clockwise or counter clockwise matter?)

(If this comes accost as a troll post, I do not mean it as such and I will edit it out)

    Hi legotom

Basically what I meant by right order is that it doesn't matter as long as it goes around in the logical order of A, B, C, D.
Clockwise doesn't matter what so ever as long as it goes around in that order!
Feel free to ask any more questions you may need :)

You can buy someone else's town for about 20k ECD at the least, but you'll need Resident. If I were you, I'd concentrate on earning Resident rank. The next rank, Mayor, will give you a town that you can place anywhere you like. It'd be best to rank up and play a bit more before trying to get a town though. Maybe ask to be a co-mayor of another town once you reach Resident?
