There should be a baltop (it's optional for people to be on) list, just like the mcmmo list.

 

I think it's supposed to be really secret, don't know why.

I believe Emongolab is likely to be at the top. He just sold his shop for 2.6mil + cash he has. Onscene is another possibility.
