Lotto doesn't exist to be a source of income and it never has. All of the big players in lotto who claim to have made millions have in fact lost millions. The lottery system is on ECC to help slow down the inflation of our economy, as a result of this we want the most tax to be taken out of the economy. This is the reason that lotteries changed from 1h long to 30 minutes to the current 15 minute long lottery and why tax was raised from 10% to 15%. If the tax was raised to 20% let alone 15% less tickets would be bought and the conclusion that determined was that less money would be erased. If the tax was raised to 50% this effect would be amplified and ECC would inflate much more rapidly.

Guys u are looking at it the wrong way each ticket should cost 100,000 and there should be a -50% tax so if u are the only one playing you get 150k back
