Nvm, D0rc went from Mayor to tycoon in 13 seconds. soo.. yea lol.

Guest(first time): For about a month

Resident(first time): Around my birthday, so like march 22nd.

Guest(2nd time): For about Months weeks.

Resident(2nd time): May 10th, 2011. So about 2 weeks.

Mayor: June 11th, 2011. 1 month

President: Aug 3rd, 2011. I got it the day it came out.

Emperor/Tycoon: May 3rd, 2012. It was 1 full year until this rank came out. I got it in about 2 days.

Ecoleader: Sept. 23rd, 2012. Got it the day it came out.

As a builder i was focussed on having fun, and when i got 15k i didn't apply for resident. I applied for resident at about 35k.

...I've lost track of the exact dates for the above, but the time frames should be accurate. I applied for Nether at some point, gotten 3 heal signs, all 6 exclusive portals (though the PvP one is broken atm), a warp and countless other spendy items that held me back from Tycoon and Ecoleader... maybe someday.
