I mined till I got 15k... no enchanted stuff... iron pick... sad days.

 

I mined to start with, would spend a good 2/3 hours a day mining with stone picks! Then saved up enough to move into a town and bought a farm. Spent quite a bit updating the farm, then have just farmed and mined my way up to Resident :)

That and farming nwarts.
I now farm cocoa beans, sometimes, but mostly I mine for money.

 

I used to do it the conventional way, but I recently found out that sg pays a lot if you are extremely good at pvp like me. :p

 

I got mine from a PM contest by killerpenguin0. Since then I have outranked him :D

 

I gained 15k by dropping 1 ticket into lotto when I found out about it, then I won 118k from my 1 ticket. Got my Resident and Mayor both on the first day!

 

So lucky...
