For a small charge (see below) I will tpa to you and value your pre made home, it's simple!

Have you built a pre built? Want to know how much it's worth? Reply to this thread and I'll do it as soon as possible. If you see me in game, pm me and I'll provide a link to this thread.

How much will it cost me?

The cost depends on the size, the larger the house, the larger the price.

10x10 or smaller: $20 ECD
11x11-15x15: $30 ECD
16x16-20x20: $45 ECD
21x21- 100x100: $55 ECD
101x101 or bigger: $100 ECD

Discounts!

If you purchase a house valuation once, i'll give you a code. Just quote that code in your next application and recieve a 10% discount! (Can be used once a month)
If you are a regular customer (10 or more visits) just quote the code I give to you and recieve a 20% discount (Can be used once a month
