Brief Description:
Hopper won't transfer items into a chest after I made it private with /cprivate
Instructions:
1 placed chest
2 placed hopper leading into chest
3 made chest private (with /cprivate)
4 placed items into hopper directly
5 verified items weren't transferred into chest
How many times did you recreate this?:
3 times, with 2 different hoppers and chests
Result:
items did not transfer into chest
Expected Result:
items should transfer into chest

This is intended so that users can't put a hopper under a locked chest to steal the items. No real way around it to my understanding other than unlocking the chest.

Actually, you can just type /lwc flag hopper on and then punch the protected chest to allow it to interact with hoppers. The flag is under your control and you can disable it at any moment, but the default behavior is off for obvious steal-safe reasons. If you're paranoid, make sure that the blocks under the chest are filled with full blocks so that nobody can steal stuff with a hopper below.
Now that I think of: has the flag been disabled and/or its behavior changed somehow? I noticed that they are extremely slow after the big refactoring, like 1 item per second (I came to this thread by chance looking for an answer before filing a new bug report)
