Everytime I try to use /home (i have multi homes so i've tried more than one different home) it keeps popping up with this error.


Edit* I'm tryin to go from my netherwart farm to my house and it won't let me unless I teleport to the nether spawn, walk through the portal and then use /home.

 

Oh bummer..
