    Hello everyone, if you couldn't tell, I am in need of a comayor for my town, Machiavellia. Mach is my first town, it has a mix of plots, apartments, and prebuilts. It is also the first ever ski reort town on ECC and half the town is dedicated to Echo Mountain, a ski area complete with a lodge, several runs, an operating chair lift, and two prebuilt cabins.     My previous comayor has gone MIA so I am in need of a new one. I currently have to focus a large majority of my attention to my presidential town so I do not spend quite enough time in Machiavellia, hence why I need a new comayor.

    Duties as comayor will be as follows:
    -Advertising via /ch tr for the town
    -Checking the entire town for grief
    -Selling plots, apartments, and prebuilts
    -Filing LWC Removals/Grief Reports
    -Doing weekly plot checks to make sure all town rules are being followed


    Benefits of being Comayor
    -100% profit from plot and apartment sales (50% profit from prebuilts)
    -1 free plot
    -1 free apartment of choice in my Presidential town**
    -1 free mall shop of choice in my Presidential town**


    * adjunct- beneficial but not necessary
    ** Note- the town and mall are not yet complete. If I choose you as comayor, you will receive your rewards when I see that the apartments and shops are ready to be moved into.

    Do you have experience running a town: No experience yet what so ever, however I am very active & I have a solid understanding of management roles in real life ordeals so I'm sure I would be able to handle being a co-mayor no problem.
    Do you know how to file LWC Removals/Grief Reports: I do not know how to properly file one as I have never had to do it before, but I will read over the forum section and format and will practice until I properly understand how to do so.
    Eminem or Macklemore: Eminem for the music & Macklemore for the meaning.

    Sorry for the delays, I've been absolutely exhausted these past few days. After doing some thinking and conferring with some friends, I've decided to name ze7707 as my new comayor. I'll send you a forum pm when I get the motivation to get off the couch.
