That is cheating we all could add...
The problem for me is that on average I help builders and the lower class who dont tend to use the forums much.

 

I'm not sure where you go the idea that it was cheating considering this is written in the rules: "2. You may not nominate yourself; however, if you have been nominated, you are welcome to post and give more insight into what you do to help people out."

Also I think most builders don't use the forum until they actually reach their 15,000 ECD to apply for Resident. I'm glad that you help other new players but what does it matter if players don't want to use the forums or not? The person who reccomended her isn't even a builder but rather a president. I don't understand your reasoning about whether or not builders use the forums. If you're really that irked and want to be nominated, I'm sure a builder you've helped would be willing to post here if you asked them to (though I don't see why you would be seeking a reward for altruistic motives).

Is this a member of the staff team? No, but she has applied and I have reason to believe that she WILL make it on the team.
What have they done to help you on the server? One, by donating to me to help me get my next feature, and two, by giving me baked potatoes when i was dying of starvation.
Do you know about anything else this user does to help the server and community? She also helps other users and is very funny and has pretty eyes.
If needed, would you trust this user with your star tool? Well, I don't own a star tool, but if I did, I would surely let her borrow it from me because she is awesome and trustworthy.
Is there anything else you'd like us to know about the nominee? She is the most Psychotic person I have ever met, which is..... special.......
