I'm trying to build something very large and would like to hire people to build for me following a very specific blueprint. But like placing a stack or two of blocks, but more like placing 100k blocks... could someone possibly help out with figuring out how much I should pay someone for this?

Like a formula for blocks placed * frequency of block change = payment per hour?

Lol, I know that a formula is completely un-realistic but I just thought I would ask. I was thinking 1 or 2 mil for 100k blocks... but I'd like to know other people's opinions and/or past build transactions.
