    My minecraft name is ILOIKPIE. I have donated for Water+ and I still don't have it. I still can't place ice. Did I donate with the wrong username?? Or do I just have to wait?

    To add on to what andrew said, if for any chance you do not receive a donation feature you pm andrew with the transaction ID, and the email you donated with, and what you donated for and most likely andrew can then fix the problem.
