Hello, I have both of my alternate accounts with 2 UUIDs and I need help fixing this since I already sent an email to Mojang but they don't answer since a week ago or so. Thank you.

I have both of these accounts with 2 UUIDs and andrewkm has me with the old UUID and I can't get my features back until I either get my old UUID or delete one of those. Thank you. -

Each alternate account has two UUIDs for the same account? Not sure how this occurs, perhaps a reauthentication on Mojang's side generating two UUIDs.

Yeah the reauthentication is the problem but I need to delete or remove one of those. -
I have absolutely no idea what causes this bug... but it looks extremely interesting. o_O
I assume that nobody except Mojang can fix this. -

There is something I don't understand... namemc.com goes by the Mojang API. If the Mojang API shows two UUIDs for the same user, then how did this offline UUID manage to be included in the actual Mojang API database?

My grandma did a chargeback on both accounts as well so... they maybe got deleted and regenerated with a new UUID right @Nicit6 ?

It sounds plausible. You would need to be in contact with Mojang support to be certain though (and certainly nobody besides them can fix this).
