If you have the rank of builder and you would like to farm cocoa beans (My personal favorite), I will give you lifetime perms to my 200X200 Cocoa Farm in my town called Ladysmith. Its is a great way to make money on EEC. It has a Portal for easy access and when you join you will get a free Diamond axe to start farming right away.
