All future lifetime perms are 200k as of right now as we are almost done with another floor.
Also, expect to see weekly and/or monthly perm options in the future -
1.5 with many more planned. Perms will most likely increase again as more floors are added, so best to get them when they are cheap (some members got perms for as low as 75k before the town was even placed, however, this is the lowest it will be from now on until there is more nwart available for everyone)

I'm just wondering how this is the cheapest netherwart farm on the server currently. I understand that you will be adding more floors, but there are other bigger farms with permissions that cost 10x less than this.

Curious where you got that from. I dropped that tagline once we started having more floors and people said I should increase perms.

Not hating on this farm idea because I know it will eventually be the largest nwart farm for cheap, but I have been selling permissions to a 2x200x200 nwart farm for only $7500 for quite a while now.

Can we move this to PM's please? Although you haven't stepped over the line or anything, this feels like it is veering into your personal advertisement and can be perceived as "shitting" on my farm (I am not perceiving that, but some might). This thread is mostly for people wanting to buy perms--although I am not against questions about the town, but only if it is a quick question.
