Hawkeytown is my builder town. It's at /warp hawkeytown.

I want to keep it active so I'm looking for someone to sell plots, check for grief, etc etc.

10x10 plots sell for $500, 15x15's for $1000. You keep any money from plots you sell.

Requirements:
Never sell / give away any plots for less than prices listed above.
Contact me directly regarding any grief or necessary evictions (including inactivity).
Check for grief on the farms/around the town once every couple of days.
Generally advertise the town once in a while and sell plots here and there.
