Judging is halloween evening. On the morning of halloween the town will be closed off to all residents so that judging can happen in the afternoon/evening (so have your edits done and final product ready the day before). Residents will be readded the next day for clean-up and will probably have until Sunday to collect their creations. andrewkm I am almost positive that rag has the items and money necessary for the other prizes. We made the prizes based off of what we had so I think we're fine. Thanks for the help!
