If not, try a few different programs.
HiJackThis is a good program if you know what you are doing. Using http://www.hijackthis.de/ to tell what hijacking software may be at risk, or post on their forums to check and see if people have input on the list hijackthis finds.

Also check for malware and whatnot as well. Using Malwarebytes is a good solution.
Also turn on your firewall, and if you need to, create an account with OpenDNS to block potential incoming and outgoing information.

 

When i got hacked i just wiped my hardrive and saved things that i wanted on a flashdrive.

Just try to avoid online actions and disable ur internet while doing this.
