Grimoire Fortress ≿－－－－－－－－⊰ ♅ ⊱－－－－－－－－≾ I am proud to present you with my latest creation- Grimoire, ECC's newest solo mega build. With over 200,000 blocks placed, this fortress has taken 5 months to build and is easily my largest creation yet. This is one town with nearly every inch used to create this castle- her walls reach block limit and her halls scrape the bedrock. Grimoire is also ECC's first ever fully functioning vault town with 11 premium vaults at its disposal. I am offering, the best protection of your items on the server. I guarantee this is better than your own personal vault hidden away in some corner of the map. This will guarantee that no tycoons can snatch away the town in the event that any one of us go inactive for more than 6 months. Each vault is separated into its on plot preventing all other player from entering the vault and even if they glitch their way in- they will be unable to open any chests. ≿－－－－－－－－⊰ ♅ ⊱－－－－－－－－≾ Benefits of owning a Grimoire Vault Once you purchase a vault, you are owner of that vault for life. No extra strings, no rentals fees; you are now under my protection. All you need to do is agree to a few simple rules and the vault doors will be under your command. Vaults are designed to accommodate for at least 1.7 million items, ensuring that you will not run out of space any time soon. You can save all your /locks! With a dozen town-flags guarding your items, there is no need to lock any of your chests! If you wish to sell your vault, you are completely free to do so for whatever price you wish and you keep all the profits. More information on selling vaults will be found below. Only 1 (one) owner is allowed to be in possession of the vault at a time. Owners must NOT grief their vaults. In my town this means no breaking OR placing of any blocks. You may of course place signs to label your chests. Do not question any of the other town owners about anything admin-related to this town. They are here for security purposes only and will not manage this town. An example of this is including but not limited to, asking them to add in a new owner to your vault If you are found to have violated any of these rules, you will be evicted from the town. ≿－－－－－－－－⊰ ♅ ⊱－－－－－－－－≾ Selling your Vault You can sell your vault to any other player for as much as you like- and you keep all the profits! (please be sure to follow Rule #1 from "Rules/Requirements for Ownership" for when choosing a new owner) All you need to do is to notify me that you are selling your vault to another player If this was an in-game agreement please be sure to tell the new owner to FORUM MAIL me that they agrees to the rules of Grimoire including a copy/paste of the rules If there is a forum contract, then please include me (LaggyTryHard) into the agreement and copy/paste the "Rules/Requirements for Ownership" section into the agreement for the new owner to agree to A template contract can be found here [Contract]. If you have put your vault up for sale, I will be disabling the entry-deny flag inside the main vault (not the entry) so you can give tours. Please use caution when inviting players into your vault and refer to Rule #1 of the"Rules/Requirements for Ownership" section. Please note, once a new owner is chosen, they must remain owner for a minimum of 2 weeks before being able to sell again. They must also agree to the rules of the town before they are allowed to be added in ≿－－－－－－－－⊰ ♅ ⊱－－－－－－－－≾ Navigating the Castle Path #1: /warp grimoire and when inside the jaws of the skull, you will see a portal to the right. The portal will take you straight to the Royal Chamber and from there you can use the buttons to go further down to the Catacombs. Images of the buttons can be found below. Path #2: To reach the vaults, simply enter the Throne Room and take an immediate right turn to enter the tunnel located on the wall. Spoiler: Screenshots Now follow the tunnel all the way until the large drop (don't worry, the town has invincibility so you will not take any damage). I've added in a much easier manual route to get to the Vaults, Simply /warp grimoire, and once you are in the jaws of the skull, look to your right and there should be a portal leading straight to the Royal chamber. From there you can use the button to go down to the Catacombs! I've also added in fancy signs to label everyone's vaults so there isn't any confusion As of right now, all the vaults are either sold or on reserve Thank you to all the new vault owners, Grimoire will guard your items for life <3
