    Brief Description: Minor grief throughout the town: I would like to know who did this to ensure actions are taken against the user and the town is safe from any harm in the future by him/her.

    Evidence: /tppos should be sufficient, using the above coordinates.

    Rollback: If possible, yes. Otherwise, it is not a problem if this cannot be done.
