Is the Grief located in the Wild? If so, is there a pending Mayor application for this defined region? No - Grief located in a town.

There are many spots with grief, and they were all done by same user as far as I know, myamonkey_03. The coordinates correspond to description, in order, to what I believe was removed/taken. I have some screenshots of some spots as well, with an investigator Haugzo confirming the user responsible. There may be more than what I have here, as the user who is suspected to do the griefing gave back item, saying they were not theirs. The user believes their brother, who was on when they were not around, is the one who did it, although I realize the user is the only person held accountable.

Brief Description: 1. Glowstone removed from my floor. 2. Stone removed next to door of resident's home.
3. Iron Block removed next to door of resident's home. 4. Stone take next to door of resident's hotel room. Also, I suspect things were taken out of unlocked chest (I realize there isn't much to be done with this, but still wish to report.) 5. Window panes broken in hotel 6. Either window panes or wood removed nest to resident's doors.
