Brief Description:
A user of the town has destroyed or partially destroyed buildings which they either helped to build, or owned, and quite possibly other buildings in the town that I am unaware of, as shown by the remains of former plot outlines and random blocks. I did not want any of the buildings removed whatsoever, and hoped that the members of the town would not break this rule.
