I have removed the felon after an investigator checked it out but know this cannot be used as evidence.

Rollback: Well the value is not 7.5k but the extent of the grief is massive. Some diamond blocks, lapis blocks etc were stolen from the town shop. If possible yes, but I know it may not be possible.

 

I have been exploring the town and found that the grief is much worse with most residents reporting things such as enchanting tables stolen.
