Brief Description:We at valdeolivas have a strict no building/breaking under y=62. A member of the town reported this to me. The plot is joeherner's, and has been warned for breaking/building under y=62. His door was open so I looked inside and noticed that there was a tunnel with ladders going down. I inspected and I came to the conclusion that he was mining under the town again. I had this rule put in because I was going to build a huge farm/mansion under the town.
