Town Name: Lakewood
Is the Grief located in the Wild? If so, is there a pending Mayor application for this defined region? No
Co-ordinates of Grief: x:8942 y:63 z:-12893
Brief Description: After logging on, I tried getting into my house, or even the town I was living in and couldn't. The current mayor "thecreator767" flattened the entire town leaving me unable to recover the materials it cost to build my house and about 4-5 stacks of coal. This also affected other members (shpilenok2001) who is also very active in the server.

KMaxwell says, "This thread: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/attention-lakewood-members-must-read.37235/ gives a final warning to move out or tear down your home. It implies that further advance warning was given though it does not indicate how." --KMaxwell
This further advance warning does not indicate HOW because it does not exist. As previously stated this was our first and only warning.
"I know that most of the town has been flattened and that you have already had a warning to clear out, but this is your final warning!" --thecreator767
This was our first and only warning; immediately after the warning was posted the town was then sealed off so that the previous homeowners were not able to retrieve their belongings. Therefore we, the townspeople of Lakewood, were COMPLETELY UNable to collect our items and move out.
Clause IV: Seizure of Property
Mayors have the right to remove anyone from their town at any point, regardless of reason, without the need for a refund of the cost of the plot, as long as the following criteria are met:
Sufficient warning is given ahead of time (a minimum of three days required, for evicting entire towns we appreciate 7 days notice by means of a thread posted on the forums in the town section regarding it.)
The user in question is given time to move their items from the town in question
However, under circumstances where a serious breaching of the rules has occurred, such as in the instance of grief, the user is banned from the server or alternatively the mayor has expressly specified (proof of which will be required), the above criteria need not be met.
