3. Is this grief located in the wild? If so is it to a town with an outstanding Mayor application already made?: No it is in a protected area, more specifically my town's public pumpkin farm.

5. Additional information/screenshots (If any): The pumpkin farm is supposed to be re-tilled, but someone broke all of the pumpkin stems, didn't re-till, and planted melon stems possibly as a "trick".
