    We would need exact co-ordinates of where this is at so that we can go to the town, look it over, and figure out who griefed.

    I am sorry but mods do not have time to first figure out where your town is and then search the entire town looking for what you described as someone who attempted to grief a building.

    We want to help but without all the information we can't do anything at this time. Post a new report will the required info so that we can try to help.
