    Brief Description: The whole spawn of the town is griefed with the rule board covered in racist signs.

    Evidence: Had a player check it out and got the name: zdarrell23 <-- this is the players username.

    Rollback: I personally would like a rollback, i think the rest of the town would, but i think its the mayors choice (xAvezzezze)
