Brief Description: Missing powered rail. This person is probably the same person who griefed most of the town. I would like a ban if possible UNLESS it is werty789754, Flynn58, or Trinity2492.

Evidence: I would have more spots but due to the heavy lag on the server I can't do much at all. I keep getting kicked.

Rollback: It would be nice but isn't necessary. Most of it can be fixed easily.
